Along with Web2.0, plenty of on-line service provide in a new way.

Like on-line storage service and office applications, there are always some startup company which may be eternal but most of them ephemeral. I used to use ToDolist in yahoo mail or Microsoft Outlooks althought they are very cumbersome. Besides cumbersome, they lack easy-to-use characteristic which usually belong to Web2.0 service. In spite of yahoo-mail beta coming with web2.0, the part, ToDo, still lag far away. Microsfot Outlook is computer's software which means you need to bring Laptop or Pocket PC. Nonetheless, it did very precise orders followed by what I needs.

Techcrunch has a great article to compare them in Web2.0 view. However, I am still expecting that they will be integrated into on-line email.
