Sweet 16 for Wang: It is just another scoreless game of Chien-Ming Wang who comes from Tainan, Taiwan. There s a great interview from New York Times, Baseball and Beyond which he mentioned about Tainan's "small eats" in. What is "small eats"? Actually, it should be delicacies and snacks either in night market or street side, and the most famous snacks are tan-tzu-mien(noodle) and kuantsaiban(sandwich) ;
However, Tainan's Desserts are more delicate and exquisite than what you think about usual Chinese one.
